Innovation in the security agencies space

Been listening to this episode by Susan Lindner of the Innovation Storytellers podcast where Susie Braam shares her experiences as Head of Innovation working with the various security agencies that help protect this country.

Even across the different security agencies doing very similar roles, needing the same tools, there can be a big barrier to overcome, even to the level of not wanting to be in the same room as another organisation.

Ultimately, the higher level mission and outcomes are what drives the collaboration, whilst overcoming governance, risk and finance issues going across agencies. Also, alignment to the business strategy.
